For almost ten years we've been serving Stumptown coffee in Newberg. Every day we pull Stumptown's Hair Bender espresso blend for shots, along with their new Trapper Creek Decaf. New shipments of Stumptown arrive on Wednesdays (roasted Tuesdays), featuring Hair Bender, Holler Mountain, Trapper Creek, and single origin options that change throughout the seasons. And in the Summer of 2016 we added a Stumptown Cold Brew kegerator with Single Origin and Nitro cold brews on tap.
Caravan Coffee is our local feature, a roaster that is a Newberg classic. New Coffees come in from Caravan on Thursdays featuring blends and single origins alike depending on season and availability.
In the Summer of 2015, Coava Coffee was added to the Chapters line-up. Founded by Matt Higgins, Coava is a specialty roaster in Portland that prides itself on serving the best coffee from around the world and highlighting the work of coffee farmers. Coava roasts only single origin coffee; they don't have any blends. At Chapters, Coava is served as a drip option every day and pulled as espresso on Saturdays.
We source our teas from many places, but we try to find organic and local options when possible, while still offering the highest quality teas. Many of our teas are fair trade, and we'll continue to increase our organic and fair trade offerings as much as we can.

Most of our ingredients are gluten free and we have lots of organic, alternative milks for those who are sensitive to dairy.
