Chapters was recently introduced to Campos coffee, which we now serve on espresso and drip throughout the week. New shipments of Campos retail bags come on Thursdays, where we get a variety of blends and single origin coffees that change throughout the season.
In the Summer of 2016 we added a Stumptown Cold Brew kegerator with Single Origin and Nitro cold brews on tap.
Caravan Coffee is our local feature, a roaster that is a Newberg classic. New Coffees come in from Caravan on Thursdays featuring blends and single origins alike depending on season and availability.
Bespoken Coffee is a roaster out of Corvallis that we began carrying in the summer of '16. They roast complex coffees bursting with fruit and chocolate. Their single origin and blends arrive on Wednesdays. We serve Bespoken espresso Friday through Sunday.
We source our teas from many places, but we try to find organic and fair trade options when possible, while still offering the highest quality teas. Enjoy a cup of hot or iced in store and take home some leaves for home brewing.
We source all of our syrups, chocolates, sauces, smoothies and chai from a local company. They use as many local ingredients as possible, like Oregon peaches and berries, and stick to organic spices and naturally dehydrated cane sugar. Preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and dyes are never a concern at Chapters! Many of our ingredients are gluten free and we have lots of organic, alternative milks for those who are sensitive to dairy.
Our pastries and bagels are delivered every morning by Marsee Baking in Portland. For our gluten-free patrons, we serve several flavors of oatmeal and many protein and granola bars, both of which have gluten-free options.
