Coffee

Chapters proudly serves Bespoken Coffee, out of Corvallis, on both espresso and drip daily. They have remarkably high standards and roast complex coffees bursting with fruit and chocolate. For espresso, we use their Backstitch blend throughout the week, and highlight one of their single-origin coffees on the weekend. New shipments of Bespoken retail bags come on Wednesdays, where we get a variety of blends and single origin coffees that change throughout the season.

Caravan Coffee is our local feature, a roaster that is a Newberg staple. We serve their coffee for drip daily. New coffees come in from Caravan on Thursdays featuring varying single origin coffees, depending on season and availability. 

Tea

We have a considerable selection of loose-leaf teas. We source our teas from many places, but we try to find organic and fair trade options when possible, while still offering the highest quality teas. Enjoy a cup of hot or iced in store and take home some leaves for home brewing.  

Ingredients

We source all of our syrups, chocolates, sauces, smoothies and chai from a local company. They use as many local ingredients as possible, like Oregon peaches and berries, and stick to organic spices and naturally dehydrated cane sugar. Preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, and dyes are never a concern at Chapters! Many of our ingredients are gluten free and we have a good selection of alternative milks for those who are sensitive to dairy. 

Pastries

Our pastries and bagels are delivered every morning by Marsee Baking in Portland. For our gluten-free and/or dairy-free patrons, we serve several flavors of oatmeal and many protein and granola bars, both of which have gluten-free and dairy-free options.
